byDesign Films is the nation’s leading event and corporate film company, with cinematographers in all 50 states, a centralized team of editors and production managers, and a disruptive business model that has produced more than 2,500 films in three years. I was given the responsibility to oversee and enhance these productions and given the task to expand into new verticals adding corporate clients that now include: Google, IndieGoGo, The Trust, The Institutes, Insurance Thought Leadership, Grace Ormonde, Israel Cancer Research Fund, UCSF, Guckenheimer, Koelsch Properties, and more.

As the Director of Productions for byDesign Films I have the unique opportunity to grow and expand the product and vision that this production company offers into ever widening verticals with duties that include:
➤Leading pre-production, production, and post-production planning. - Developed the Current Business Model
➤Overseeing the growth of the company into the corporate, commercial, bio film, documentary, and web markets
➤Managing a national network of cinematographers - Adding over 400 vetted Cinematographers in less than 1 year
➤Managing client relations and productions on a nationwide scale - Adding a national diversified client portfolio
➤Assisting Account Executives on Bids and Value Adds for Productions - Enhancing revenue streams in the thousands
➤Creating and Implementing SOP's to maintain growth with a vision cast toward future opportunities
➤Hiring In-House and Contracted Talent including Senior Leadership
➤Mentoring and Motivating In-House and Remote Teams - Enhancing Teams in place and building Teams remotely
➤Originating the Pitch, Consulting with clients, Ensuring creative alignment with strategic business goals.
➤Originating Concept and Creative Direction for Productions up to and including Scripting/Directing/Post Production
➤Working with clients and teams to build long-term and sustainable inventory to support corporate goals
➤Producing and Directing Productions on-site and remotely on a nationwide scale
➤Managing Client Expectations while developing and maintaining business partnerships.
